Order Processing

• Orders Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of being received. We aim to process orders on the same business day they are received, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Business Day Definition: Monday through Friday (weekends and holidays are excluded).
• Post-Processing Notes:All orders are shipped only on business days (no shipping on holidays or weekends).Once an order is processed, it is ready for shipment. No changes can be made to the order at this stage, as the shipping label has already been created and the order is in transit.
• Delivery Scope: Currently, we only deliver to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories/protectorates)
  
• Cooperative logistics: UPS,FedEx,Yanwen
• For example, if you order a dress, it will need 3-5 business days of orders processing time and 10-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 13-20 business days.
