If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it and receive a refund. You can submit a return request on your order page following the instructions below. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

  • All purchases (Free Gift, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.

Note:Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or is a wrong delivery. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
  • Returns must be shipped toour facility inChina. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • There is no handling fee for returns.
  • Items that do not meet the above will not be considered for return.
  1. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process your refund within 10 business days.

Order cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
